What we collect
Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name and email address, and if you choose, your company, phone number, who the tub is for, the space it has to fit, and a description of what you need. Nothing else on this site collects information from you unless you submit that form.
Please do not put medical details in the form beyond what a supplier needs to suggest a tub, such as whether the person can step over a tub wall.
Who we share it with
Where your inquiry asks for a quote, pricing or supply, we may pass the details you submitted to a small number of manufacturers, retailers and suppliers of portable bathtubs and home bathing equipment who are able to fulfil that request, so that they can contact you directly with options and prices. That is what the form is for, and it is the quickest way to get you an answer.
We share only what you submitted, only with suppliers relevant to your inquiry, and only for that inquiry. We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not reuse your information for anything else afterwards.
If you would rather your inquiry was not passed to suppliers, say so in your message and we will handle it directly instead.
Legal basis
For inquirers in the UK or EU, we rely on legitimate interests: you asked to be put in touch with suppliers of portable bathtubs, and passing your request to companies able to supply them is what you asked us to do. You can object at any time by replying to us.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up on them, and are deleted on request.
Your rights and contact
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to it being shared. Use the inquiry form on the site and mark your message for the site owner, and we will act on it.
